INBJUDAN TILL EXAMENSHÖGTID LÖRDAG 16 MARS 2013 /INVITATION TO GRADUATION CEREMONY ON 16 March 2013 ANMÄLAN ÄR NU STÄNGD! / THE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! For an English version, see below. Inbjudan riktar sig till dig som tagit examen hösten 2012 eller avser att ansöka om det senast den 4 mars 2013. Examensceremonin omfattar dig som avlägger examen inom nedanstående områden. Ceremonierna sker i aula Magna vid två olika tillfällen under dagen enligt följande klockslag: (tiderna har ändrats 6 mars) Kl 11.00 omfattar Kandidatexamen, högskoleexamen, sjuksköterska, tandhygienist, socionom, masterexamen, magisterexamen, högskoleingenjör, civilingenjör. Kl.14.00 omfattar Lärarexamen
Notera att bekräftelse och övrig information företrädesvis skickas per e-post. Vänligen notera att du måste ha ansökt om examensbevis via examensenheten före den 4 mars att kunna delta vid denna högtid.
I aulan kommer du som tagit din examen placeras tillsammans med övriga studenter på reserverade, namngivna platser. Dina gäster (upp till 3 gäster) sitter i övriga lokalen. Högtiden inramas av tal av bland annat prorektor och musikaliska inslag. Efter ceremonin bjuder Karlstads universitet dig och dina gäster på mingel med kaffe och bakelse i Transformum.

INVITATION IN ENGLISH This invitation is extended to all students who graduated in the autumn of 2012, or who plan to submit their request for a degree certificate before 4 March 2013, in one of the fields listed below. The ceremony takes place in Aula Magna on two separate occasions on 16 March. Please note the time scheduled for your field: At 11.00: Higher Education Diploma, Bachelor of Science/Arts, Higher Education Diploma in Dental Hygiene, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social Care, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Master of Science in Engineering, Master (60 credits) / Master (120 credits).
At 14.00: Bachelor of Arts in Education/Master of Arts in Education
We reserve the right to make any necessary changes due to the number of graduates. Notification of any schedule change will be made one week before the ceremony at the latest.
Since 2006, the Graduation Ceremony has been arranged twice a year. Your name and those of your fellow-students will be called and you will receive a graduation gift from Karlstad University. It would please us greatly if you would attend this ceremony and bring three guests. Your degree certificate will be mailed to you from the Degree Office upon application. The ceremony is framed by music performances and continues with coffee and cake mingling with the graduates and their guests.
